These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player" or "you") and joy11 (the "Platform", "Operator", "we", "us" or "our"), accessible at joy11.cam.

joy11 is an English-language online sports betting and casino information platform serving users in Pakistan and other jurisdictions where access to such content is not prohibited by applicable law. joy11 does not hold a Pakistan gambling licence issued by any governmental or regulatory body of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "User" means any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, whether or not they hold a registered account.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a User upon successful completion of the registration process.

• "Operator" refers to the licensed entity that operates the underlying gambling products linked through or described on the Platform.
• "Applicable Law" means any statute, regulation, ordinance, rule or legal requirement applicable to the User in their jurisdiction of residence, including but not limited to Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any subsequent amendments.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the lawful currency of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification procedures required by the Operator prior to account approval and withdrawal processing.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin allocation, reload offer or loyalty reward made available through the Platform, subject to applicable wagering requirements.

To register for and use a joy11 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all accounts associated with the User, forfeiture of any outstanding balances and potential legal action.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, residential address and any other information requested as part of the registration flow. You must promptly update your account information if any detail changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — including your username and password. joy11 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. You must not share your credentials with any third party, and you accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account whether or not authorised by you.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the Platform's support team immediately at [email protected]. joy11 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.

The Platform is made available for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to use joy11 for any purpose that is unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or otherwise contrary to these Terms. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform using automated tools, bots, scrapers or other non-human means without express written permission;
• Attempting to circumvent, disable or interfere with any security feature of the Platform;
• Using the Platform to launder money, fund illegal activity or engage in any form of financial fraud;
• Posting, transmitting or otherwise making available any content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, infringing or otherwise unlawful;
• Exploiting errors, technical faults or loopholes in any Platform software or associated gaming systems;
• Creating accounts using false, misleading or third-party identity information.

joy11 reserves the right to monitor user activity to the extent permitted by applicable law for the purpose of ensuring compliance with these Terms. Suspected violations may be reported to relevant law-enforcement authorities.

All sports betting and casino gaming activity on the Platform is governed by the specific rules published by the Operator in their live terms documentation, supplemented by these Terms where applicable. In the event of any conflict between Operator-published rules and these Terms, the Operator's rules shall prevail with respect to the specific game or event in question.

The following general principles apply to all betting and gaming activity:

• All bets are final once confirmed and accepted by the Platform's system, except in circumstances where the Operator exercises its right to void bets under clearly defined conditions (e.g., obvious pricing errors, event cancellation or abandonment);
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per event, as published in the Operator's current cashier and sportsbook interface;
• Cricket markets — including PSL T20 fixtures, ICC tournaments and bilateral series — are subject to international cricket governing body rules regarding abandonment, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method outcomes and result declarations;

The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times in qualifying games before withdrawal is permitted);

The following conditions govern deposits and withdrawals:

Users should confirm the Operator's cryptocurrency acceptance policy and applicable network requirements before initiating a crypto transfer.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is a mandatory requirement prior to the processing of withdrawals and as part of the Platform's compliance obligations under applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and identity verification frameworks.

Users may be required to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A valid, unaltered CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport for identity and age verification;

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform's content solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or exploit any portion of the Platform's content for commercial purposes;
• Modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Use any data-mining, robots or similar data-gathering tools in connection with the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content may constitute a breach of copyright, trademark or other applicable laws and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, joy11 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses arising from sports betting or casino gaming activity;
• Loss of data, profits, goodwill or business opportunity;
• Interruption, suspension or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical fault, or external factors beyond joy11's reasonable control;
• Reliance on any information, odds, data or content provided on the Platform, which is offered for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal or gambling advice.

joy11 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

joy11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any User account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading registration information;
• Suspected engagement in fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse or collusion;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe required by the Operator;
• Legal or regulatory requirements that necessitate account closure;
• A User's self-exclusion request taking effect.

Upon account closure, any outstanding balance that is legitimately owed to the User and not subject to forfeiture under these Terms will be processed for return through the User's verified payment method, subject to applicable fees and processing timelines.

A User may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure does not waive any outstanding obligations under these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its primary operating licence. joy11 does not claim to be licensed under the laws of Pakistan, and these Terms do not confer any rights under Pakistani gambling legislation.

Users based in Pakistan are reminded that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and subsequent regulatory guidance from Pakistani authorities may affect the legality of their participation in online gambling activities. By using this Platform, you acknowledge that you have independently assessed your legal position and accept full responsibility for compliance with Applicable Law in your jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as a waiver of any legal right available to joy11 under applicable law. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.

joy11 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material in nature, reasonable notice will be given by publishing the updated Terms on this page with a revised "last reviewed" date, and — where practicable — by notifying registered Users via their registered email address.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease use of the Platform and close your account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. joy11 is not responsible for any failure on your part to stay informed of updates.
